Testimonials
Sheila has provided much needed support, advice and guidance for our two year Staffordshire Children’s Health and Wellbeing Project which has been piloted in three localities. Sheila has brought a wide range of experience to the project which has helped us to focus on not only on addressing current issues, but also on identifying and sharing the learning from this work and identifying what we need to do to ensure sustainability for the future.
Sheila has worked well with those involved in the project because she shows she is clearly interested, is willing to listen and is able to empathise with those experiencing difficulties whilst at the same time helping to identify ways forward. Sheila has been able to identify key issues, helping us to focus on what is really important. We have found Sheila to be an invaluable support and we feel that she has provided a firm foundation upon which we can make progress.
Christina Webb, Staffordshire Strategic Partnership October 2011
Sheila assisted us with a major review and restructure offering an insightful independent perspective. She facilitated roundtable sessions with all of the Chief Executives involved and provided skilled mentoring to me during a period of chaotic change.
Carole Haywood, Partnership Manager, Rotherham Partnership
Sheila provided great clarity and demonstrated a very person centred approach to facilitating the peer reviews which the participants rated highly.

Thanks Sheila – your input was really helpful and enabled us to move forward in the way we worked together. I hope the group can maintain the momentum. Many thanks for your hard work.

Thank you for the work you have done over many months in enabling Copeland to create a new partnership. The first partnership conference at the Rosehill Theatre was a great success – the balance of speakers was just right and they all had a story to tell which held people’s attention
