Sheila Stokes White
Experience
Sheila’s experience includes substantial work in sensitive and political environments with a very broad range of partners including elected representatives and chief officers as well as private organisations, local communities and voluntary organisations to create inclusive partnerships and real ownership. She has focussed on leadership development and transformation. Appointed as a strategic adviser to central government in 2002, Sheila works with the Neighbourhood Renewal Unit on the development of local strategic partnerships and other regeneration programmes across the country to improve strategic focus and leadership and to maximise their potential. Sheila has been a non executive director of an NHS Trust for five years and is currently on the Audit and Remuneration committees.
